Our students come from all over the country, and all over the world! Our Student Support Centre will help with any queries you might have to do with timetabling, finance, careers advice to name but a few. We also have a dedicated International Office to support our overseas students.

Fantastic facilities
You'll study in our £21m Markeaton Street building. It was opened by Sir Richard Branson and is equipped with motorsport workshops, auditoria, recording studios and laboratories. Our lecturers have extensive experience in their fields and as a university, we have excellent links and partnerships with the professional world. So, you'll acquire the skills and knowledge that the industry demands.
Kedleston Road is at the heart of our Derby campus. It has a four-storey library crammed with learning resources, cafes, sports facilities and meeting places.

We also support new and emerging businesses through our iD Centre - a business incubation unit for businesses starting out in the technology industries.

Many of our technology courses are accredited by professional bodies and some are a step towards Chartered status, so you'll be recognised as an expert in your field.
