An Ideal Location

Huddersfield is one of the largest towns in the UK. Located in the North of England, the University is very much at the heart of the town and the local community. Situated in the centre of town, the University of Huddersfield campus is a short walk away from public transport links, bustling shopping centres and nightlife.

Huddersfield is only a short train journey from the major cities of Leeds and Manchester (both contain major international airports) and the historic city of York is only an hour away. There is also some spectacular countryside surrounding Huddersfield and various sports clubs and societies at the University take advantage of the countryside, through activities such as mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, and caving.
