Managing Organisational Performance Executive
This MSc provides practical, thorough research-grounded knowledge of planning performance outcomes, managing performance, measuring performance and reviewing performance. You'll gain a wide range of perspectives, tools and techniques to successfully deal with a variety of issues and challenges.
Cranfield's Centre for Business Performance focuses on applied research and knowledge transfer. This blend of theoretical research and practical application has placed our centre at the forefront for over 10 years. This innovative MSc is the first of its kind in the world.
Year one has seven modules and an in-company group project. Year two has five modules and an individual project.
Entry requirements
A 1st or 2nd class UK Honours Degree (or equivalent Bachelors Degree) and 2 years relevant work experience. Alternatively, a professional qualification and 5 years relevant experience or 10 years professional relevant experience.
We welcome applications from candidates with extensive work experience but without formal qualifications. If you do not have a degree you may still be eligible for a place on the programme.
If English is not your first language, IELTS band 6.5, minimum of 6.0 for writing or TOEFL 92+ internet, 237 computer or 580 paper is required. GMAT (550 minimum) may be required, analytical writing of 4.0.
