International Human Resource Management Executive
This specialist programme gives you a more global perspective, takes your capabilities to a higher strategic level and provides you the skills to improve your contribution to international HR. With access to the latest thinking and best practice from our Human Resource Management Research Group, students are provided with practical and thorough research-grounded knowledge of international and comparative Human Resource Management (HRM), organisational behaviour and employee relations.
Our External Advisory Panel of senior HR professionals from major organisations helps ensure the programme is up-to-date with the latest thinking and that the content is relevant to the modern international business environment.
Entry requirements
1st or 2nd class UK honours degree or equivalent Bachelors Degree, together with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience. Students for whom English is not their first language an IELTS band 6.5 with writing of 6 is required, or TOEFL score of 92+ Internet, 237 computer or 580 paper. GMAT (550 minimum) may be required with analytical writing of 4.0.
