Cranfield's Analytical Biotechnology MSc developed in response to extensive industry research and demand, is the first in Europe to bring together Biotechnology and Analytical Science for the improvement of analysis methods and translation into new products.
The course provides specialist in-depth training and hands on experience of the growing range of new analytical techniques used in the Biotechnology sector and the computational skills used to maximise the information gained from these methods. This unique course is suitable for new graduates wishing to kick-start their career in the field of Analytical Biotechnology and also for experienced professionals looking for career development.
Entry Requirements:
1st or 2nd class UK honours degree, or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as a chemical and life sciences related subject.
English language requirements - Our normal minimum requirement is a TOEFL score of 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test), essay rating 4.5 or 92 (Internet test), all skills 19 or an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 for writing, a TOEIC overall score of 830, or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English grade C or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C, although a number of our programmes require higher scores.
Funding:
Bursaries may be available for full-time UK and EU students but please be aware that funding will, in most cases, only be discussed once you have secured a firm offer of a place on the programme.
