Quality Engineering Management
Quality Engineering Management is designed to develop professional engineers/managers capable of working in a broad range of companies and industries at a managerial level. It provides training and expertise in the key areas of quality engineering management, product development for quality, simulation, operations management and advanced manufacturing systems.
The course has an excellent track record of employability both within the UK and abroad.
The course is suitable for engineers, scientists or managers with responsibility for design, manufacture and quality improvement.
The individual project is a major element of the course and involves a wider spectrum of multidisciplinary research in design, manufacturing systems, quality management and IT, with due regard to the efficient exploitation of the technology, materials and marketing resources of industrial firms. Students are encouraged to work on industrial-based projects.
