Programme and Project Management

Duration: 3 years PT
Entry Requirements:
Usually candidates must hold a 1st or 2nd class UK honours degree (or equivalent bachelor's degree) and 2 years relevant work experience, or have a professional qualification and 5 years relevant work experience. Our normal minimum requirement is a TOEFL score of 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test), essay rating 4.5 or 92 (Internet test), all skills 19 or an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 for writing, a TOEIC overall score of 830, or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English grade C or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C, although a number of our programmes require higher scores.
Course Description:
This course will develop programme and project management competence in an environment which brings together Ministry of Defence and public sector supplier personnel in a unique customer and supplier environment.
The MSc in Programme and Project Management is designed to develop students career potential while providing a competitive advantage to their organisation in the way it manages programmes and projects.
Students gain capabilities needed for implementation of strategic change through project management or programme leadership in a defence industry or public sector.
Funding:
There are a number of wholly funded places available to UK MoD personnel. A limited number of bursaries are available to suitably qualified applicants from the private sector.
