Course Description:
Operational research is used extensively in both industry and commerce and plays an important role in the military environment.
The increasing complexity and expense of new technology and the ever present pressures on available resources lead to increasing difficulty in military decision making. The Military Operational Research course provides opportunities for the modelling of specific systems and practical experience with relevant computer software.
Our MSc is suitable for those seeking a broader understanding of the principles of operational research and the methods and techniques applicable to industrial and military systems which lead to better decision-making.
Funding:
Funding available for MoD sponsored students.
