MBA - Master of Business Administration (Defence)

Duration: 1 year FT and 2 years PT
Entry Requirements:
Normally a 1st or 2nd class UK honours degree or equivalent, plus at least three years' work experience. A lesser qualification with more work experience may be acceptable. GMAT minimum score of 600 (alternatively, it may be possible to take the Cranfield Admission Tests provided the candidate can come to Cranfield for interview). Our normal minimum requirement is a TOEFL score of 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test), essay rating 4.5 or 92 (Internet test), all skills 19 or an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 for writing, a TOEIC overall score of 830, or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English grade C or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C, although a number of our programmes require higher scores.
Course Description:
The programme is designed for military officers, civil service and defence industrial executives looking to contribute more effectively towards future military initiatives and is a development of the successful AMBA-accredited Masters in Defence Administration programme, which was offered at our Shrivenham campus for nearly 20 years. It reflects a growing interest within the UK defence sector and the international defence community for management education.
On the Cranfield MBA, students learn about leading academic thinking, the latest management applications and approaches to implementing improvement and change.
