Entry Requirements:
Normally a 1st or 2nd class honours degree in engineering, science or mathematics or the professional equivalent. Our normal minimum requirement is a TOEFL score of 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test), essay rating 4.5 or 92 (Internet test), all skills 19 or an IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 for writing, a TOEIC overall score of 830, or a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English grade C or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English grade C, although a number of our programmes require higher scores.
Course Description:
The main object of the Guided Weapons Systems course is to bring together the wide variety of disciplines constituting guided weapon systems technology and to present them in an integrated manner.
The course is intended to meet the requirements of all three services. The course is also open to students from NATO countries and Commonwealth forces, selected non-NATO countries, the scientific civil service and industry.
Suitable for those officers seeking to fill appointments concerned with military guided weapon systems in the MOD and trials and training establishments.
